A very old and very simple lot I've been asked about a lot over the years - so here it is, reuploaded.
Library file only, CC is not included. I recommend at least having the DIY build set from MTS for the columns, and the wall textures from Lakeside Ranch.

Originally created as a participation prize for the Shore's End hunter show on Equus, back in 2019 - I've decided to release it publicly since it's been so long.
Required content is included for convenience and to avoid future broken links.
Please be advised that this a very complex and 'heavy' lot, with many objects.
DBF and OMSP are required, and also included in the download.
